Guest Live View

You can now view your live-stream event attendees in real-time. As guests start viewing your live stream on their BetterUnite guest page, you will see who is online and who has last viewed the event all in one page. If a guest is not online, their last status and date will are displayed. The monitor will also show donations coming in on your event page as well as payments going into carts in a single list to help the emcees or auctioneers keep track of live giving activity - similar to the thermometer but with a more backend, organization-facing user experience.

To view your Guest Activity, click on Event Insights on your Manage Event Page.

Switch the tab over to Live View

When you're on the Live View, you can monitor which guests are currently on one of the virtual event pages. In the example below, no one is online, but during your event, online participants will be highlighted in green.

Guest Activity page also shows the donations as they come in. It’s identical to thermometer (it uses the same filter) so that you are seeing what guests are seeing as well, and it auto-updates the list (it doesn’t scroll so as to help you or the emcee be able to reference the donation amounts easily), and it still announces new donors like the thermometer.
