How can Guests Assign Raffle Tickets?
There are two ways that a guest can allocate their raffle tickets to raffle prizes. They could either do this from their unique guest page or on their confirmation page.
Allocating Raffle Tickets from Guest Page
- Once a guest purchases their raffle ticket/s on their guest page they can access their account and allocate their purchased tickets to Raffle Items of their choosing. Your Guest will click on Click here to pick Prizes as shown below.
- On the Allocate Raffle Tickets page they can choose between the raffle prizes on offer. The guest can choose to allocate their raffle ticket/s to the prizes shown by clicking on the plus sign shown next to them. Once they are done they will click Save Changes. Raffle Prize images will also be visible to guests on this page.
Allocating Raffle Tickets from Confirmation Page
- Guests can also allocate their raffle tickets to raffle prizes through their confirmation page. When a guest purchases raffle ticket/s they will be sent an email which will give them a link to access their confirmation page. The email will look like below example. The Guest will click on View Confirmation as shown below.
- Once they click on View Confirmation link, they will be taken to their confirmation page as shown below. On this page the guest will click on Allocate Raffle Tickets.
- On the Allocate Raffle Tickets page they can choose between the raffle prizes on offer. The guest can choose to allocate their raffle ticket/s to the prizes shown by clicking on the plus sign shown next to them. Once they are done they will click Save Changes.
- In the below example one Raffle Ticket was purchased and Golf Set (raffle prize) was chosen as the prize for this Raffle Ticket.
