Silent Auction and Event Testing

Register

You can register for your event or auction by clicking on View Webpage on your Event Dashboard page.

Once you are in the webpage mode, you can click on Register. This is the page your guests see to register for your event.

On the Register, page enter your details and click Register.

A pop-up window will show to give you confirmation. Then an email will be sent to you with the Event information.

Guest Link

If you check your email, you can see that you have been sent a unique secure link to review event information and bid in the auction. Click on this link to test out the Event/Auction.

Once you click on the link, you will be taken to a guest page. This is what your guests will see. In this window, you will be able to test out Donations and Bid on Auction Items, and purchase tickets.

You can add a test Auction Item by clicking on Auction Button in your Action Center, as shown below.

Once you are on the Auction page, click on Add Item to add an Auction Item for testing purposes.

Enter the details of your Test Auction Item and click on Save as shown below.

On your Auction Page, click on options for your Item and select Activate.

Bid on Auction Item

Once your item is activated, you can go back to your guest page and click on your Auction Item.

You can bid on your Auction Item but first will need to pre-authorize your card. Click on Pre-authorize your card to participate.

In this pop-up window, enter your card details and click Register Card.

Once your card is pre-authorized, click on Bid Button on your Auction Item as below.

Enter your Test bid amount in this section and click on Send Bid.

To check that the bid has come through, go back to your Auction page and check whether the bid shows on your Auction Item.

The below image shows there has been 1 bid on this item for $1.

Buy Tickets

You can also test your event by clicking on Event Offers on your Guest page and purchase tickets. Select the ticket you want to purchase.

Click on Buy Button as shown below to purchase your ticket.

The pop-up window below will ask you the quantity to purchase. Once you select a quantity, click on Buy Now.

You can check the Auction Items you bid on and the tickets you purchased by selecting Guest Cart in your Action Center. All your purchases will show up in your Guest Cart.
