Portal balances and statements
The supporter portal now shows supporters what they owe across programs, their upcoming tickets, and a year-end giving statement they can print themselves. Staff see the same balances on the contact record.
In the supporter portal
Open pledges and balances
On Payments & Invoices, supporters see their open pledge balances and any auction items they won and have not paid for, each with its due date and a Pay now button. Peer-to-peer pledges are listed as billed by your organization, since you charge those. Open membership invoices keep their own card and are not payable from this list.
Upcoming tickets
On Events, tickets for events that have not happened yet appear first, with the event date, ticket type and table. Ticket opens the confirmation with its QR code for check-in, and My Event opens the event page for bidding.
Year-end giving statement
On Payments & Invoices, Year-end giving statement opens a printable statement of every gift from the supporter and their household for a calendar year, with the deductible amount of each gift. Supporters can pick an earlier year and print it or save it as a PDF from their browser.
The household is everyone who shares the supporter's household name, plus anyone connected to them by a household relationship (spouse, partner, parent, child, sibling, head or member of household, next of kin). Gifts are chosen the same way as your donor statements: fully refunded gifts are left out, partly refunded gifts show net of the refund, and gifts to a peer-to-peer child campaign roll up to the parent. The deductible column is the gift less the value of goods or services received and any refund.
The statement only ever shows the signed-in supporter's own household. There is no contact id in the link to change.

Summary strip
The top of the Details tab shows the supporter across programs: membership status and renewal date, events registered and attended with the next event, volunteer hours this year and lifetime, auction items won and any unpaid amount, and what they owe in total. When there are open commitments, click the count to see each one with its due date and payment link. Past-due items open the list automatically.
A pledge that came out of a journey (pipeline) shows which journey it came from, matched by date: the journey the supporter was in when the pledge was made.
Grants tab
Contacts who fund grants, as the funder or the funder's contact person, get a Grants tab. It replaces the Provided Grants card and adds the amount received so far, the next deadline, and the number of open milestones for each grant.
