Tickets

How to create or add ticket types within your event. Tickets can be single tickets, groups of tickets, and ticket types that include multiple offers called Combo Tickets. 

  • To create or set up your ticket types that you want to sell or have people register for. Go to Edit Event>Tickets.

Adding Single Tickets

  • You will always need to create a single ticket event if you are only selling tickets in multiples or within Sponsorships because you build those groups using the single tickets. You can hide your Single Ticket so that it cannot be purchased if needed. 
  • To add single tickets click on Add and then Single Ticket.

  • In this pop-up window fill out the details of your Single Ticket. You can switch from editing or adding an item, directly to adding or editing the images for that item.

  • Access Options (Dropdown at top) : Allow Purchase, View Only or Hidden.
  • Images: After you Name or your ticket you can add images via the Images tab.
  • Title: The name of your ticket. 
  • Amount: Enter the minimum $ amount for donors to qualify for this registration. If you are offering this for free then leave the amount at $0.
  • Type of Ticket: Indicates whether it is a Single, Group, or Combo ticket.
  • Categories: Categorize your tickets to make them easier to organize and search. 
  • Is Sponsorship?: If you need to switch a ticket to be in the sponsorships section.
  • Description: Enter the details of your ticket here. (ie. Bullet points of what they receive when they purchase their ticket.)
  • Total Available: This is the total number of each ticket type you have available for purchase.
  • Limit per Order: If you want to limit the number of tickets per transaction enter it here. If limitless leave it blank.
  • Guest Link Visibility: Each guest has their own unique event link where they can participate in your event's fundraising activities like silent auction, raffle etc. Choose whether the guest gets this link Upon Purchase, Upon Check-in or Never for a specific ticket type. 
  • Show After: If you set a date here, this item will not be shown for purchase before this date. (ie. Regular Priced Tickets show up after Early Bird is over.)
  • Hide After: If you set a date here, this item will not be shown for purchase after this date. (ie. Hiding Early Bird tickets when that sale ends.)

Advanced Options

  • Fair Market Value: Provide a Fair Market Value for this item if applicable.
  • Show Total: If toggled on, the total purchased amount of this item will be displayed on the public Campaign Page. 
  • Show Available: If toggled on, the total available for purchase will be displayed on the public Campaign Page.
  • Allow Pledge: If toggled on, donors can purchase this item as a pledge. 
  • Auto-create Table: Upon purchase of the ticket a table will be made for the purchaser within the Tables tool. 
  • Auto-create Guest Team: Upon purchase of the ticket a guest team will be created for the purchaser in the Teams tool. 
  • Not Attending Status Auction: If a ticket or sign up slot is marked as 'Not Attending', the system can automatically remove that guest slot from the registration and add it back into the queue to be sold. 
  • Auto-tag Contacts: Upon purchase of this item, the purchaser contact and all guests contact records will be tagged with the provided tags within the CRM. 
  • Auto-tag Payments: Upon purchase of this item, the transaction record will be tagged with the provided tags in the transactions area. 
  • Auto-Tag Guests: Upon purchase of this item, each guest slot in this registration will be tagged with the provided tags and these will show on the Blue Checkin Screen during Registration or Checkin during your event. 
  • P2P Access: You can determine if this item will show on master or child campaign pages. By default the item will be shown on both pages. 
  • Reference Number: An optional internal reference number assigned to this ticket type.
  • Internal/Check-in Notes: This note will be shown to the user checking in any guest with this ticket on the guest's Blue Checkin Screen. 
  • After entering the ticket details Click on SAVE.

Adding Group Tickets

  • To add Group Tickets Click on ADD > Group Ticket.

  • Group tickets have extra information to be filled out.

  • Group of Type?: Select which ticket type this group is made of. 
  • How many in each unit: How many of that ticket type make up this group ticket. (ie. A Table of 10 would be a group of 10 Single Tickets.)

Adding Combination Tickets

Combination tickets are tickets that include either multiple ticket types and/or other event offers that you've created such as Raffle tickets or Items for Sale. 

  • To add Group Tickets Click on ADD > Combination Ticket.

  • Combination tickets will then allow you to Select Combo Items and how many of them are included in the combo ticket.

Edit Ticket

  • To edit a ticket click on the Edit button to the right of the ticket.

  • You can also click on the drop down arrow for quick actions such as it's current Status, Access Options and Managing it's presentation.
