Advanced Guest Messaging

Once you have signed up for Custom Messaging, you will then have the option to sign up for Advanced Guest Messaging on a per event basis.

  • On your Manage Event page, click on Guest Messaging and select Sign Up to see the Advance Guest Messaging sign up option.

  • In the Message Guests pop up window, click on Advanced Messaging as shown below.

  • Advanced Guest Messaging option allows you to:
    • Schedule messages ahead of time. You will be able to schedule your text messages for your event ahead of time, and the system will automatically send them at the times you setup for each message.
    • Target a subset of your guests in your messages. You will be able to send messages to specific subset/segment of your guests based on purchased tickets, donation status, attendance status, card registration status or specific guests.
    • Faster message delivery. We will auto-expand the phone pool allocated to your event so that the messages will get delivered much faster.
  • Below shows an example on the features you can access in this plan. Setting date and time to send messages and also filtering who receives these messages for your event.

  • Click Add to Cart  to activate the Advanced Guest Messaging as shown below.
  • Fill out the card details or use the card that you already have on file to pay for the Advanced Guest Messaging and click submit payment.
