Auction Packing Slips

A packing slip is a one-page printout for each bidder that lists the items they won or bought, the amounts, and whether they have a card on file. It is a practical back-of-house sheet for handing items to guests at the end of an event.

Printing packing slips

Go to your campaign's reports and click Print Packing Slips. A PDF opens in a new tab with one page per bidder, ready to print. You will find it in the auction reports group, alongside the Consignment Report and the Donate Your Bid Report.

What each slip shows

  • Bidder details: name, company, bidder or paddle number, table, email, and phone
  • Card on file: a badge showing whether the bidder has a card on file
  • Items won or bought, grouped into Silent Auction Items, Live Auction Items, and other Items, each with item number, name, FMV, and winning bid
  • Unpaid items, tagged so they stand out
  • Totals: total paid, total unpaid, and the grand total

When to use it

Print packing slips near the end of the event to check items off as you hand them to each guest, and to see at a glance who still owes a balance or has no card on file.

A packing slip is not a receipt. If a guest needs a receipt, direct them to the checkout area.
