Where to Access Better.AI
On the Top Menu
The latest update includes Better.AI right on the top menu, giving you easy access from anywhere in your dashboard.
On the Home Page
You can also find Better.AI directly on your home page, making it simple to jump in and start generating content quickly.
In the Communications Tab (within the Edit Event Page)
Better.AI is also embedded within the Communications tab when editing an event. This is useful for suggesting and rewriting content for your event communications.
How to Use Better.AI’s New Features

New Side Modal Pop-Up
The updated side modal pop-up lets you use Better.AI while still viewing your event or communication details. This makes it simple to interact with the tool without losing your place, streamlining the content creation process.
Rewrite Options
Once you input your content into the Better.AI pop-up, you can choose from several options like Rewrite, Shorten, or Expand. These allow you to adjust your message's length or rewrite it entirely to better fit your needs. Whether you’re fine-tuning your event details or improving clarity, these options make it easy to refine your content.
Response Tone Options
You can now select a specific tone for your responses, whether you're addressing event attendees or donors. Options like Heartfelt, Thrilled, or Urgent & Persuasive help you set the right tone for your message.
