  • View extensive data about a selected group of contacts for free. This first view will not provide names of the donors.
  • You only pay if you want to download the information where the donor names will also be provided.
  • If you want to download information with donor names provided, there is a per-record, boodleAI fee of 20c per contact.

What happens when I "Opt-In" to BetterInsights by boodleAI?

Once you enable BetterInsights by BoodleAI on this page, the BetterInsights button will be activated on your Contacts & Donor Management page. You will then be able to select multiple donors/contacts in your list and click the BetterInsights button to view a dashboard of information about your selection for free.
 

Do I have to pay to get BetterInsights by boodleAI?

Viewing insights for a group of contacts is free. The only time you will be given a choice to pay is if you want to download the group insights into individualized details including donor names or if you want to run any ad campaigns.
 
DATA SHARING
 

What information is needed so that BetterInsights by boodleAI will work?

  • BoodleAI requires the contact's first name, last name, and at least one of the following: email, phone number, address.
  • You authorize the sending of this information for a subset of contacts by clicking the BetterInsights button after selecting the specific contacts.
  • BoodleAI neither requests nor requires donation information.

Does boodleAI solicit your contacts?

No. boodleAI does not reach out to your contacts with any solicitation or marketing purposes.

 

Has boodleAI been requested to delete any data so far?

Yes, they've been asked by both individuals and organizations to delete their data and immediately acted on the request.

 

How does boodleAI handle user concerns about sharing their data?

Users must opt in to sharing their data with boodleAI. Any data that is shared is only used to generate insights, prospects, and ad campaigns and is not shared with any other parties nor used for any other purpose. Users can request that data they send be deleted from BoodleAI.

 

How will boodleAI use the data from your contacts?

Data shared with BoodleAI is only used to generate insights, prospects, and ad campaigns and is never shared with any other parties nor used for any other purpose.

 

What precautions does boodleAI take with your donor data?

BoodleAI is SOC 2 certified and has implemented best practices regarding cyber security and encryption for data handling, whether in transit or at rest.

 

What if you want your data deleted after sharing it with boodleAI?

You can send an email to support@boodle.ai to request that all of their shared data be deleted.

Can I opt-out once I opt-in?

Yes, simply click the icon next to the Enabled indicator in BetterUnite to clear the connection.
