Bulk Tag Guests
Bulk tagging helps you organize guests and easily identify those with specific needs during check-in.
Bulk Tag Guests from Guest List
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard and select Guest List

- To search for a targeted group, use Advanced Search.

- To apply specific needs, use filters like Status, Ticket(s), Guest Custom Fields, or Search by Tags. For instance, identify all VIP tickets who require a parking pass and drink ticket tag. Next, select Search.

- Pro-Tip! Scroll down to the bottom of the page to display as many guests as possible before the next step.

- Next, click Select Guests in order to select multiple guests.

- Click the Select All checkbox to choose all guests displayed on the current page. If your guest list spans multiple pages, be sure to repeat these steps on each page.

- Select Bulk Update

- To add a tag, type a new one directly into the Apply Tag(s) field or select an existing tag from the dropdown icon.
