Bulk Import Event Offers
If you want to import Event Offers, you can do this through your Edit Event page.
- Click on Edit Event under your Action Center as shown below.
- On the Edit Event Page, select Giving Levels underneath the Offers tab.
- On the Giving Levels Page select Bulk Update and then Bulk-Import Event Offers.
- On the Bulk Import Event Offers window, it will ask you to either use the template provided or the CSV file that you have already prepared for the import.
- To use the template click on Click here to download a file template or click on Browse to find your already prepared CSV file.
- For the example below, the template provided was used.
- Fields
- Name: Name of Offer.
- Description: Description of Offer.
- Offer Type: Enter either "ITEM FOR SALE" or "FUND A NEED". If this field is left blank the system will assume Item for Sale.
- Amount: Item price (Optional Field).
- Fair Market Value: This will determine FMV (Optional Field).
- Limit per Order: How many per purchase allowed ( Optional Field)
- Total Available: Total Offered Quantity (Optional Field).
- Once you have your file ready, click on Browse button to upload your file.
- In the window below, you can check over your data and mappings, and click Import when ready to create your Event Items.
- Once you click Import, it will give the Event Offers results. Any issues with your data would show up here. If no issues with the data, click on Edit Event to view your imported Event Offers.
- All of your Imported Event Offers will be displayed on this page and Hidden as default.
- When ready for your guests to see your Event Offers you can change the access options from Hidden to either "view only" or "can purchase" accordingly.
