Event Review

When you are building your Event you can access the Event Review feature to view all the components of your event and see if you have missed anything.

• The Event Review page will list out all parts that are included in your event and give warnings and suggestions accordingly.
• In the example below, you can see the event date has not been set. This is an optional component of your event so it shows this as a suggestion in case you have missed it.
• In the media section it shows that there are no media images uploaded for your event which typically is a high priority so it shows a red warning sign. You can also go directly to the tab to edit these by clicking on the "go to link" shown on each line.

• The next section on your Event Review page shows items from your Guest Experience Tab and show any warning signs for these items.

• If you have not customized your emails in the Communications section it will also give warnings on this for you to consider modifying the communications for these emails.

• If you have Giving Levels and Items for Sale items it will give suggestions around adding images, status of the items etc.
• It will give the same warning signs for your Raffle Tickets and Prizes.

• If you are having an Auction as part of your event it will also display warnings on your Auction Status, Auction Items and images and any other component which maybe necessary for you to edit for your Auction.
