Can Guests Opt-Out of Campaign Communications?
Guests can opt out of receiving mass emails from your event/campaign. They'll still receive any transactional emails such as receipts for payment, and verification code for MFA access to their guest page, however, if they "unsubscribe" from your event emails, they will no longer receive any mass reminders, or communications you may email them from within BetterUnite including re-sending of event links.
- Guests will see the ability to modify their preferences at the bottom of emails from your event. The guest would need to click on Manage event communication preferences as shown below.
- When they click it, they'll be able to opt-out or opt-back-in to communications.
