Can guests save their tickets to their phones?

How It Works

After completing event registration or ticket purchase, ticket holders can view their ticket from their confirmation page or confirmation email. From there, they’ll see an option to Add to Apple Wallet.

When selected:

• The ticket is saved directly to the attendee’s Apple Wallet

• The digital ticket includes key event details such as the event name, date, and ticket holder information

• The ticket can be quickly accessed from an iPhone at check-in—no internet connection required

Benefits for Attendees

• Easy access to tickets without searching emails

• Faster and smoother event check-in

• Secure, always-available digital ticket stored on their device

Note: Apple Wallet is available for iOS devices. Attendees using other devices can still access their ticket via their confirmation email or personal ticket page.
