Change the subscription plan for an existing subscription

To access and modify an existing subscription plan within BetterUnite:

  • Navigate to the Contacts -> Membership Management in top navigation bar
  • Select Subscriptions tab, and locate the subscription to modify.
  • On the subscription page, locate the Actions menu and choose Change Plan.
