Can I Indicate the Deductible Amount on a Transaction?

Yes you can.

• Click on Giving -> Transactions. 

• On the Transactions page click on View next to the desired transaction. 

• On the next page set the Tax Deductible Amount. 
• You can also click the blue arrows to re-calculate the tax deductible amount of the purchase. Calculation will be based on the current FMV levels of any line items in this purchase.
  • Note: Recalculation will not re-send the receipt to the payer, so feel free to re-send it after the calculation is complete. 

• This amount will be shown in the donation details, as well as when you export the donations and it can be used for providing any follow on reporting to the donor around detectability instructions.
