Can I provide a waitlist for my event?

Create a free Sponsorship without Ticket option specifically for your waitlist. This lets you collect interest from waitlist guests without generating an actual event ticket in your guest list.

• Navigate to Edit Event > Sponsorships 

• Create a free waitlist option by selecting Add > Sponsorship without Tickets

• Set up the waitlist details, such as

  • Ticket name: Waitlist or Join Our Waitlist

  • Ticket price: $0

  • Ticket quantity: Set this high enough to cover expected interest, or leave it blank to allow unlimited registrations.

To clearly communicate the waitlist experience to guests:

• Navigate to Edit Event > Page Design > Customize Labels, then update the appropriate labels, such as:

• Customize the Label for "Free" Ticket to RSVP or Join

• Customize the Label for Sponsorship Section to Join the Waitlist

This ensures supporters understand they are signing up for the waitlist rather than purchasing an event ticket.
