Can I View and Edit Checkout Question Responses?
You can view and edit Checkout question responses. These are custom questions you would have created as "Checkout Fields" in your settings, and then selected them for your event or campaign, to be filled out by the purchasers. (Not to be confused with guest checkout fields which are filled out on a per guest basis after the checkout is complete, when we know how many tickets are purchased).
- You can see the custom field values in your Dashboard page under Transactions section.
- You can also click “Edit Custom Fields”, which takes you to the confirmation page, where you can edit the custom field values.
- If the custom fields is applicable, it will also show the option to edit in the confirmation page. Click on Edit Checkout Fields as shown below.
- Once you click this option you can update the custom field value.
