Can I Default a Ticket Selection for my Guests?

You can set a default ticket for your event. When a guest navigates to the checkout page without selecting a ticket, giving level, or donation amount, the page will automatically pre-select the default ticket, ensuring a smoother checkout experience. 

• To set a ticket as default, click Edit Event under your Action Center.

• On your Edit Event page, select Tickets.

• Select the ticket that you want to set as default, click it's options menu, and select Set as Default as shown below.

• Once you set a particular ticket as default, the Default will be displayed under that ticket.

• When a guest clicks Register on your event page, they are taken directly to the checkout pge witht the default ticket pre-selected. 

• You can clear a ticket from being default by clicking on the options and selecting Un-set as Default as shown below.
