Can I Default a Ticket Selection for my Guests?

You can set a particular ticket as default, and if the guest goes to the check out page without selecting a particular ticket, giving level, or donation amount etc , then instead of showing a checkout page with nothing selected, the page will automatically select the default ticket if you designate one.  

• To set a ticket as default click on Edit Event under your Action Center.

• On your Edit Event page select Tickets.

• Select the ticket that you want to set as default, and click on the options and select Set as Default as shown below.

• Once you set a particular ticket as default, the Default will be displayed under that ticket.

• When a guest clicks on Register, on your Webpage, it will take them to the checkout page with the default ticket already selected as shown below.

• You can clear a ticket from being default by clicking on the options and selecting Un-set as Default as shown below.
