How to Deactivate Your Event Webpage and Close Out Your Event
If you’ve finished hosting your event and are ready to close it out, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to Your Event Dashboard
Log in to your account and open the dashboard for the event you want to close. -
Select "Actions" > "Mark as Complete"
From the event dashboard, click on the Actions menu and select Mark as Completed to deactivate the event webpage.
Accessing Completed Event Data
Even after marking the event as complete, you can still view its data and details:
- Go to the Events section in your account.
- Select Inactive Campaigns to find your completed events.
By following these steps, you can ensure your event is properly closed while retaining access to all related data.
