Customizing and Reusing a Campaign Checkout Page

What can be customized on a campaign checkout page?

You can edit the labels or names of tickets, and you can update the header or campaign name. The overall checkout page design cannot be modified.

How do you change a campaign checkout page?

  1. Go to Edit Campaign.
  2. Open Customize → Checkout Options.
    • This is also called Checkout Page under Form Options.
  3. Update the available fields and settings for the checkout form.
  4. Use Preview to review the page.
  5. Click Save Changes when you are finished.

What checkout settings can be adjusted?

You can manage the following on the checkout page:

  • Which fields appear on the form
  • Whether fields such as phone number or company name are required or optional
  • Suggested donation amounts
  • Whether the Add Donation Box appears
  • Conditional checkout rules
  • Field order and layout through the drag-and-drop Form Designer

How do you reuse a checkout form from another campaign?

If you already built a checkout form on another campaign, you can copy that setup instead of rebuilding it.

  1. Open the campaign you want to update.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Import from another campaign.
  4. Copy the existing form configuration into the current campaign.

What can you do in the Form Designer?

In the Form Designer, you can:

  • Name the form
  • Add fields
  • Customize the design
  • Rearrange fields
  • Insert titles or paragraphs for instructions
  • Add new checkout or contact fields

Conclusion

Campaign checkout pages can be adjusted through Checkout Options, and existing checkout form setups can be reused by importing them from another campaign.
