Deleting a Non-Ticketed or Online Only Guest
The Guest List includes everyone associated with your event, including in-person ticket holders and online only bidders. In this article, we review how to delete non-ticketed/online only guests.
If an online only bidder registers without purchasing a ticket and pre-authorizes their card without placing bids or making purchases, you can remove them from the Guest List.
- To review non-ticketed guests, navigate to Guest List from your Event Dashboard

- The Tickets column is blank for all non-ticketed guests
- Select on the guest's name then, select Delete Guest.
