Deleting a Non-Ticketed Guest
If a guest registers without buying a ticket and they just pre-authorize their card, and they don’t have any bids or purchased items yet, the admin can delete them. This will help admins remove duplication where some people register multiple times instead of retrieving their previous registration.
- In order to find the non ticketed guests go to Guest List on your Manage Event page.
- The tickets column for non ticketed guests would be blank as shown below. Click on the Guest name to go to their record.
- Once you are in the Guest Details click on Delete Guest.
