Donor Documents - files / attachments

Manage documents for each donor using the documents feature

On the contact record, click Actions -> Add Document link to activate the Documents tab.

 

Click Add New to add a new attachment file. You can drag your file into the top area or click Browse files button to select your file.  Once the file is uploaded, the document name will be defaulted to the file name, however, you can modify this name to your preference.  When complete, click Save and then Close.  

 

For each file you will have the option to download the file anytime as well as replace or delete options.
