Donors Sharing their Support

Donors can now leave a public note to share their support with everyone. Their message will show up on the campaign page, if the campaign is set to show donors on the page.

  • Once the donor completes their payment, on the confirmation page the following option will be available.

  • When they click on this option, the donor can fill out the fields to show who the message is from and also their message to share.

  • The Public note will be visible on your campaign webpage for all guests to see, as shown in example below.

  • On the back end, the organization can view and edit the public note on the donation record if required.
