Event Dashboard - Actions

This article explains how to manage your event status—activating, pausing, completing, or canceling your event—as well as options for importing attendees, copying past events, and purchasing event services, all from the Event Dashboard.

  •  From your Event Dashboard, select Actions

  • Event Status Options
    • Mark as Active: To start accepting payments and make your webpage live.
    • Put on Hold: To pause your event from accepting payments. On your webpage, this will result in a "Campaign is not accepting payments at this time" message.
    • Mark as Completed: After your event has completed and you are ready to stop taking transactions, mark your event as Completed. This will give you the opportunity to redirect the public webpage to another campaign or giving page.
      • Note: you may modify the webpage's redirected page after you've made a selection. This action will also shift the completed campaign to the Inactive Campaigns tab and be removed from your active campaigns. You'll always have access to all of the data for this event.
    • Mark as Canceled: On your webpage, this will result in a "Campaign is not accepting payments at this time" message.
  • Campaign Options
    • Import Attendees: Please see this article on Importing Event Guests
    • Copy Event: You may copy a past campaign or event to take advantage of content you have already built in the past. 
  • More Options
    • Event Services: You may purchase event services, such as in-person event support within your account. See additional Event Services.
