How to Upload Sponsor Logos

As part of your event you can upload sponsor logos to be shown in various locations.

• To upload images click on Edit Event in your Action Center.

• On your Edit Event page under Basics Tab, click on Add Logo to add your sponsor's logo.
• You can add multiple sponsor logos. If you have more than 10 logos, they will scroll on a carousel when shown to the guest.

• Once you click Add Logo, a pop-up window will appear where you can upload your image from your computer, a URL, or other available sources.

• After adding all the sponsor logos you can decide on where you want them to be visible.
• To show logos on the Guest Page only, select the Guest Page option.

• To show logos on the Campaign Page only, select the Campaign Page option. Campaign page.

• To show logos on both the Guest page and Campaign page, select the Everywhere option. Everywhere Option as shown below.

• You can also select the Hidden Option if you don't want your logos to be shown just yet.

•  To change your logo click on Edit option shown below.
•  To remove a logo click on trashcan option as shown below.

Recommended Image Specifications

For best results, upload sponsor logos in PNG or SVG format with a transparent background. A minimum width of 200px ensures logos display clearly across all devices.
