Guest Chat

Under Guest Messaging you can see the option for Chat with Guests. It will be greyed out if you have not signed up for Advanced Guest Messaging. Advanced Messaging now includes the Chat with Guests Directly option.

• When  you turn on Advanced messaging the Chat with Guests Directly feature will also be turned on automatically.

• Once this feature is activated for your Event/Campaign the 

• Click Chat with Guests and you will be taken to a new Chat Window as shown below.

• You as the organizer can choose from the guests and click on the guest you want to chat with.

• Once you choose the guest you want to chat with send them a message using the message box shown below.

• Click Send Button once you are ready to send your message.

• You will receive a notification at top advising your Message is Sent.

GUEST VIEW

• When the organizer sends the message to a particular guest, the guest will see the below on their guest page. The guest can either dismiss the message or go into the Message Icon and see all the messages at any time and reply anytime.

• Below snapshot shows the guest view of the Chat Page.

• Once the guest replies to the message they will also receive a notification advising the Message is Sent.

• Below is the organizer view of receiving a message from the guest.

• The Organizer can switch between different guest chat windows as shown below to chat with each guest.
