Household Name explained

In BetterUnite, the Household Name is used to group individuals who belong to the same household, such as family members or spouses. It helps with:

• Consolidated communication (e.g., addressing a letter to "The Smith Family")

• Combined giving history and reporting for the household including Soft Credits

• Simplified contact management for donors or participants living at the same address

This feature improves personalization and provides a clearer view of household-level engagement and contributions.
