How can admins allocate Raffle Tickets?
Guests typically have the ability to allocate their Raffle Tickets to the Raffle prizes unless this is turned off. However, Admins can now also allocate raffle tickets for a guest from the Guests page.
You can add a raffle ticket to the guest cart from Quick Add (Quick Add & Paddle Raise).
- You can view the Quick Add page by either clicking on Guest Carts or Quick Add as shown below.
- You can click the name on the guest cart to open the guest record.
- On the guest record, if the guest has raffle tickets in their cart, you’ll see a Raffle link, and you can allocate their tickets that way.
- On the pop-up window for Allocating tickets, it will display how many tickets are available to allocate.
- You can click on the + sign on each prize to allocate the Raffle Tickets. When the tickets are allocated click Save Changes.
