How can I annotate a transaction?
You can add your own notes for any transaction in BetterUnite.
- Click on Giving -> Transactions.
- Click on View next to the transaction you'd like to annotate.
- Click on Action and you will see the options to add a Public Note or an Internal Note.
- An Internal Note can only be seen by administrators on the backend.
- A Public Note can be seen by the public if the campaign has the setting set to show public notes. (You can find this setting on the Edit Event page)
