How can I cancel a subscription
You can cancel a membership subscription in BetterUnite at any time. Subscriptions can be canceled directly from the Membership Management page or from within the subscription details page.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and payments while preserving the subscription’s history for reporting and recordkeeping.
Before you cancel a subscription
-
Canceling a subscription does not delete past payments
-
The subscription history remains available for reference and reporting
-
The cancellation takes effect immediately unless otherwise specified
