How can I email my event guests?
In addition to setting up templates for special milestones, you can also email all or a subset of your guests at anytime.
From you communications hub in your event (Edit Event -> Communications, or Event Dashboard -> Communications), you can locate the tab titled "Email Guests".

Choose the Campaign
Select the campaign whose participants you want to email. (Required for segmented sending.) -
(Optional) Add Segment Rules
If you leave this empty, we’ll target all participants in the campaign.
