How do I add a Charge for a Guest/Donor After the Event?

  • To add a charge for a guest/donor after your event, click on Guest Carts on your Manage Event page.

  • Then locate the guest cart using the search box as shown below.

  • Click the add button to add a charge or item to their cart.

  • Once you click the Add button the below window will show for you to choose offers to be added to the cart.
  • Once you have chosen the offer and entered in the amount and Quantity click on Add to Cart. You can also not choose an offer and only enter in an amount to be added to the cart.

  • If they no longer have a cart, you can also use the Quick Add tab on top to add items & charges to their cart.

  • Quick Add Feature can also be accessed through the Manage Event Page as shown below.
