How do I cancel a recurring payment?

To cancel a recurring payment on behalf of the donor:

Click the Giving top menu item and choose the Recurring Payments option.

  • On this page, locate the donor who's recurring payment you would like to cancel.
  • Click the More symbol and then hit Cancel Future Payments.

  • Another window will appear requesting you to confirm Cancel Payment Schedule.
