How do I change my password?

Changing your password is simple and easy; just follow the steps below.

Forgot Password

  • If you have forgotten your password, you can go to https://www.betterunite.com/user/login and click Forgot Password?
  • Additionally, you can go to www.betterunite.com, and click "Login" in the top menu, and then click "Forgot Password?

Change Password

  • If you are trying to change your existing password, you will need to:
    • Log in to BetterUnite
    • Click on your name shown on the top right side of the top menu
    • Select "User Settings" to go to the user settings page.
    • Provide your current password and the new password (twice to confirm)
    •  Click "Change Password" to change your password.
