How do I Re-send Messaging Receipts?
When you purchase any of the messaging options (Basic, Custom, and Advanced), you will automatically receive a receipt for these purchases.
You can also, at any time, re-send these receipts to the email provided when making the purchase.
- To resend the receipt, click on Contacts-> Messaging.
- On the Messaging page, click More-> Manage Subscription, as shown in the below screenshot.
- On the Payment History section of your Subscription page, you will see dotted lines next to each purchase. Click on the one you'd like to re-send the receipt and click Re-send receipt.
