How do I Remove or Cancel a Guest / Ticket?
To remove a ticket, you first need to locate the ticket purchase, and then refund/delete the purchase to remove the guest tickets that were part of that transaction.
- One way to find the transaction: Go to Giving and click on Transactions.
- Search for purchaser and click the $ amount to pop up the transaction details.
- Once in the pop up window, click on Delete Offline Payment (or Refund Payment if this was an online payment) to delete the transaction.
