How do I view if a contact is up to date on their membership?
Contact Page
- When one of your supporters signs up for a membership plan, they become subscribers to the plan. A subscription record is created and updated as payments are processed automatically on a recurring basis.
- The subscription records are also shown on the member's contact record page and, for each subscription, a status of whether they are up to date or not is displayed.
Membership Management
- Another way to see all past due or failing subscriptions is on the Membership page. Click Contacts in the top navigation menu, and select Membership Management
- On the Membership Management page, click Subscriptions.
- You will be able filter based on various statuses to view all subscriptions and relevant information, including payment status.
