How do I view volunteer activity for a contact?

There are multiple ways of viewing Volunteer Activity for a contact:

On the Contact Card.

• Click Contacts- Contacts & Donor Management as shown below.

• Open the contact card for the volunteer you're inquiring about.
• At the top you will be able to switch from the details page to the Volunteer Activity page. 
• This section displays a list of all volunteer hours/activity performed by this volunteer. You can tag specific worked hours in this list with a custom tag if you need to classify or categorize a particular effort.

On the Volunteer page

• Click Contacts > Volunteers & Sign up Pages in the top navigation menu to access the Volunteer page.

• This page displays any volunteer events you are planning, as well as a search area that displays all volunteer hours logged in the system.
• You can use this page to filter volunteer hours. If you choose a particular volunteer to filter on in this view, then you will see the search results which will also include a total.

• You can also export this list to Excel by clicking the More Icon and selecting Export Engagement.
• You also have the option of exporting an engagement summary organized by contact.
