How to add funds to your Stripe Account

When your Stripe account does not have enough funds to cover refunds or disputes, you can manually add balance to your Stripe account, transferring from your bank account.

In the Express Dashboard, you can:

1. Go to Balances
2. Click Add to balance (or "Top up")
3. Enter the amount
4. Stripe will pull it from your linked bank account (takes 2-3 business days to arrive)
5. Once the balance is funded, you can then process the refund
