How to Create an Outreach List

To create a new Outreach List:

• Go to Call Lists (click Contacts > Outreach Lists).
• Click "Add Call List" button to open the new call list window.

•  Fill out call list details.
  • Associate the call list with a fundraiser (optional).
  • Provide a due date by which you expect this call list to be fully processed and completed.
  • Set the current status of this call list as:
    • Initial
    • Started
    • Stopped
    • Completed.
