How to Import External Square Payments into BetterUnite

To import payments from your Square account, click on Settings (the gear icon in the top navigation bar) and then select INTEGRATIONS.

Please note this integration enables only the transfer of your Square donations and donors into your BetterUnite account. This integration does not enable Square as a payment processor in BetterUnite, currently Square is not supported as a payment processor in BetterUnite.

Scroll down to the Square option and click VIEW.  The screen below will appear. Next click on the ENABLE SQUARE IMPORT button.  A pop-up window will display for login access to your Square account.

Once you are logged into Square and at the Square Import screen, you can enter a date range or leave the dates blank to query all charges.  Click on the Query Charges button.  The charges matching your criteria will be displayed.

To import the unsynced charges from Square into BetterUnite, click on the IMPORT ALL UNSYNCED button.
