How to manage contact relationships
Contact Relationships
- Contacts can be associated or linked with each other through Relationships. Click on the Contact to add a Relationship to.
- When you are on a contact record, click the More button and select the Add Relationship option to open the Add Connection window.
- In this pop up, select the Connection Type, and type in the name or email of the other contact you wish to link to.
Then select the matching contact in the drop down list of matching contacts. Once these two fields are filled out, click Add Connection.
- If the contact you are trying to link to does not exist yet, you will first have to create that contact before making the connection.

View Relationship
- When a connection is established between two contacts, this relationship will be shown on the contact record in the profile area.
- The relationship between two contacts will be visible on both contacts.
- You can click on the relationship to remove it (it will be shown with a dotted line underneath).
