How to setup a Banner Image 

You can customize separate banner images for the Event Offers page and the Auction page, or choose to use the new combined Event Offers & Auction page with a single color gradient.

Event Offers & Auction Banner: New Look

The new layout brings together all offers, items for sale, giving levels, raffles, and auction packages into one unified page. You can enable this updated view and customize the background settings to match your style.

  • To activate, select Preview the new Offers & Auction UI! > Preview New Look

  • Select the gear icon on the top right-hand corner to open the page options

  • Under Background Options select Change and choose a color gradient background option > Save

  • Please note: The gear icon and background gradient selection are visible only to you while you're logged in. Donors and guests will not see these options.

Event Offers Banner

  • Navigate to Event Dashboard > Edit Event
  • On the left-hand navigation bar, select Items for Sale
    • Scroll to Options > Banner
    • Select the dropdown box that says Default Banner and update to Custom Banner 
    • Then, select the Update Icon to upload your banner image from your Files, Dropbox, Unsplash, Google Drive, Shutterstock, gettyimages, or iStock
    • You may crop your image or select Skip > Done
    • Then, Save Changes
  • You may select the eye preview icon under your custom banner to check the output of your Event Offers page.

Auction Banner 

  • Navigate to your Event Dashboard > select Auction on the top right-hand corner
  • On the Auction's left-hand navigation bar, select Auction Settings
    • Scroll to Banner
    • Select on the dropdown box that says Default Banner and change it to Custom Banner 
    • Then, select the Update Icon to upload your banner image
    • You may crop your image or select Skip
  • After you've uploaded the banner, you may select the eye preview icon under your custom banner to check the output of your Auction page.
