Hubspot integration within your BetterUnite allows you to sync your contacts to your Hubspot account

Step 1: Connect to your Hubspot

To enable integrations, begin by authorizing BetterUnite to access your HubSpot account. Navigate to Settings, choose Integrations, select HubSpot Integration, and click Login to grant BetterUnite the necessary access to your HubSpot account.

Step 2: Export to Hubspot from Contacts page

You can export all contacts or a selected group of contacts to your HubSpot account at any time. Simply navigate to the Contacts page and use the HubSpot Export option to initiate the export process.

 

Export Details

The following fields are transferred to your HubSpot account when a contact is exported:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Primary Email Address
  • Cell Phone

 

During the export process, the integration identifies existing contacts in HubSpot by matching their email addresses and will only create a new contact record if no match is found.

For organizations that require additional field mappings or customized data workflows, the Zapier integration provides flexible options to create tailor-made mappings and apply conditional logic to fit your specific needs.
