I Awarded the Auction Item Accidentally, can I Undo it?

If you awarded an item, but need to award it to someone else:

• Navigate to the Manage Auction page. 

• You can click the View Bids link on the auction item action button, and click the action button next to the bid you want to award to, and mark it as the winning bid instead.

At this point, you'll have 2 options:

• You can re-award the item to the new bidder by clicking on Re-award this item and remove it from the previous bidder's cart.

• In the below shopping cart you can see it added the Auction Item to the new winner.

• Click on Duplicate Award to duplicate reward for the item to the new bidder, effectively awarding it to 2 different people which is fine if this is your intent.

• In the below snapshot you can see the item is also in the previous award winner's shopping cart.

• Please note that even as you award the item to someone else, when you awarded the auction item originally, the winning bidder received a notification, so you may still need to address this miscommunication with the previous winner.
