Import Activity Logs (CSV)

Use Import Activity Logs to add participant activity entries in bulk for a Peer-to-Peer event.

Where to find it

1. Open the Event Dashboard.

2. Go to the Peer-to-Peer tab.

3. Open the Actions menu (top-right of the participant list).

4. Select Import Activity Logs.

The same menu also includes Export Activity Logs and Configure Activity Tracking.

Before you import

1. Download the CSV template

Always start with the provided CSV template to ensure your file matches the required format.

Template columns

• Fundraiser Name

• ACTIVITY

• Add Units

• Total Units

• Activity Date

2. Complete the CSV

Follow these guidelines when filling out the file:

• Each row represents one activity log

• Do not modify the header row

• Use exact matches for:

  • Fundraiser Name (participant fundraising page name)

  • ACTIVITY (must match an activity configured for the event)

• Enter values in one of the following columns:

  • Add Units (recommended for most imports)

  • Total Units (use only if you intentionally want to set or align a participant’s total)

• Leave Total Units blank if unsure

• Enter Activity Date using a consistent format (the template uses M/D/YYYY)

Import the CSV

1. From the Peer-to-Peer tab, open Actions → Import Activity Logs.

2. Select your completed BetterUniteImportP2PActivityLogsTemplate.csv file.

3. Upload and confirm the import.

If successful, the system displays the number of rows imported.

After the import

• Participant activity totals update automatically.

• Activity summaries and leaderboards (if enabled) reflect the new totals.
