How can donors manage their recurring donation or membership payment settings?

Donors who set up a recurring donation — whether as a standalone recurring gift or as part of a membership subscription — receive a confirmation email with a link to manage their recurring payment settings. They can also visit the donor portal directly at any time: https://www.betterunite.com/portal. From the portal, donors can:
  • View and update their payment schedule
  • Update their card on file
  • Access settings for both recurring donations and membership subscriptions
A link to the portal is included in every recurring payment confirmation email. To access the portal, donors simply verify their identity on that page.  This url is https://www.betterunite.com/portal which they can visit at anytime. This information is provided with every recurring payment confirmation email as well.
