How do I Issue a Refund?
There are multiple ways of providing a refund to a purchase or a donation.
Transactions
- Click top menu item Giving, select Transactions, search for location either using the contact's name, or use advanced find to locate using more specific criteria.
 

- Select the transaction you would like to refund by clicking on the dollar amount on the left. $
 - On the following page select Refund Payment.
 

Contacts
- Click on Contacts -> Contacts & Donor Management.
 

- Search for the contact who made the transaction and pull up their Contact Card.
 - On their card find Payments, and select the payment you'd like to refund.
 

- Select Refund Payment.
