Klaviyo Connection

Linking your account with Klaviyo will enable you to export your BetterUnite contacts to any marketing list in Klaviyo.

In order to enable a connection from your BetterUnite account to your Klaviyo account, you will need to create a private key in your Klaviyo account which you will then enter into your BetterUnite connection settings.

Here are the steps to follow to setup your Klaviyo connection:

In your Klaviyo Account:

1. Login to your Klaviyo account
2. Click on your name in the top right corner, and select Account
3. Click the Settings tab and click the API Keys tab
4. Click the "Create Private API Key" button and give it a descriptive name like "BetterUnite"
5. Copy the generated private api key

In your BetterUnite Account:

1. Go to settings->integrations
2. Locate Klaviyo and click Setup
3. Click Enable Klaviyo
4. Paste the private api key you copied in the Klaviyo setup above
5. Click Submit to update your connection with the API key

Your connection should now be setup.  

Once your connection is setup, you should start seeing the "Export to Klaviyo" option in your contact search results.

Using the export feature, you can copy contacts search results into an existing Klaviyo mailing list.
